To help us remain inspired and focused, we completed an impromptu internal team building day. Stepping back from the daily grind to candidly discuss where we can improve, where we’re excelling and how we can better live our values was transformative. Outside the office we talked about what matters so we can all feel more fulfilled at work. And that’s where strong interpersonal team bonds take flight.

When it comes to fostering culture and engagement with our external consultants, it can get a little tricky. Not being able to sit next to each other every day makes it more challenging to recreate the same sense of belonging. And that’s exactly why we go the extra mile to make it happen. “The effort makes all the difference.
